Abeokuta - Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has shun all entreaties by some leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to help revive the party following its defeat in the just concluded general elections, reports New Mail.
Obasanjo has repeatedly rebuffed attempts by some leaders of the party to drag him back into the PDP.
Among those persuading Obasanjo to return to lead the party were serving governors and federal lawmakers who believed the party should play viable opposition in the next dispensation.
