Ado Ekiti - Vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof Yemi Osinbajo has cancelled his planned visit to Ekiti State on Wednesday, reports Nigerian Eye.
Osinbajo was expected to lead other party supporters in a road show across major streets in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, in continuation of the party’s presidential campaign rally.

The cancellation follows security reports that he and other supporters of the APC may be attacked during the road show.
The party has accused Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State of hiring thugs that would be decked in APC T-Shirts to disrupt the event.
The thugs will infiltrate the rally and then instigate violence.
