Abeokuta - Indications have emerged that two former governors of Ogun State, Segun Osoba and Gbenga Daniel along with their supporters are planning to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports PM News.
Both governors have initiate moves to join the APC in the coming weeks.
Osoba, who was a founding father of the APC, defected to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) ahead of the 2015 general elections, following irreconcilable differences with Governor Ibikunle Amosun.
Daniels, who succeeded Osoba, is a member to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
To finalise his return to the APC, Osoba has met twice with delegations from the APC in his Abeokuta home.
Daniel on the other hand, has been fraternizing with leaders of the APC in order to reconcile with them.
