PDP, LP supporters shed blood in Cross River

2015-03-12 11:13

Abuja - Scandal has hit the Ekori community of the Yakurr Local Government Area in Cross River State after supporters of the ruling party clashed with members of the Labour Party (LP) in a deadly confrontation, Sun News reports.

The incident is said to have been been started when members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) barricaded a road leading to Ekori junction in an effort to prevent LP members from carrying out a campaign rally.
