Abuja - According to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Attahiru Jega, 23 states have not collated their results, Vanguard reported.

This comes after the People's Democratic Party Media and Publicity Director, Femi Kayode, claimed the party is winning the presidential in 23 states.

The information was brought forward by the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Mohammed.

However Jega added that only two states have collated so far and has warned politicians to refrain from from releasing untrue statements.
