Kano - Seven people were killed on Tuesday during the celebration of the victory of Muhammadu Buhari in Kano, reports Daily Trust.
Five out of the seven persons were children who were crushed by a motorist riding on high speed.
The incidents happened in various parts of the city where residents trooped out to celebrate Buhari’s victory.
Their bodies have been deposited at the Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital.
Several other people also sustained various degrees of injuries during the course of the celebration.
