Birnin kebbi - Four voters were on Saturday killed by soldiers in Bayan Dutse Polling Unit, Ginga Ward, Suru Local Government of Kebbi State, reports Premium Times.
The voters were shot dead after they challenged the soldiers for arresting some of the elders in the town.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Nafiu Abubakar, who confirmed the incident to journalists, said the incident happened around noon on Saturday during the voters' accreditation exercise in the area.

The soldiers were allegedly invited by a serving Area Development Councillor, Ahmed Sankezu, to arrest the elders who are members of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
