Third disqualification suit filed against Buhari

Abuja - The All Progressive Party presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, had a third disqualification law suit filed against him, declaring he is ineligible to contest the upcoming general elections, Punch reported.

Apart from the law suit there is also a pending criminal complaint against Buhari and the Federal Hight Court of Abuja has already fixed the February 9 for his appearance in the other two suites.

The suite is regrading his qualifications and is between him and the Independent National Electoral Commission. He had been ordered to hand in certain papers with his certificates to INEC by Dr, Ayekeme Whiskey, but failed to do so.

No court date has been fixed for the hearing or judge.
