Anambra - In order to avoid electoral rigging, the Resident
Electorate Commissioner, Edwin Nwatarali, says Anambra State will have three
card readers will be shared by an electoral ward, DailyIndependent reported.
Nwatarali held a briefing after an inter-Agency Consultative
Committee meeting of which representatives of security agencies in the state

According to the REC, security agencies in the state have
noted their readiness for the upcoming elections.
The state has received a total of 5123 card readers and
there has been an improvement in numbers of people recieving their Permanent
In the next coming two week, those who have not yet received
their cards will hopefully get them says Nwatarali.
