Port Harcourt - Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has appointed Kenneth Kobani as the Secretary to the Rivers state Government, reports New Mail.
Kobani was the immediate past Minister of State for Trade and Investment in former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.

Kobani, who was also a former Commissioner for Finance in the state, replaced Wike as Minister when the Governor left the Jonathan administration to run for the governorship position.
Wike also appointed an ex-Chairman of Emohua Local Government, Emeka Woke as his Chief of Staff.
