Port Harcourt - Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has begun probing the administration of his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi, reports Leadership.
Wike has directed permanent secretaries in the state to produce full account details of their ministries’ expenditure in the last one and half years.

The governor, while addressing the permanent secretaries on Tuesday, stated that no handover note would be accepted without account details.
He accused some of the permanent secretaries of helping Amaechi to illegally withdraw funds from the state government’s coffers even up to the 28th of May, 2015.
