02 October 2016, 11:50

Kigali - Nigeria’s pop legend, 2face Idibia was humiliated in Rwanda after he was made to perform to an empty hall filled with empty seats, reports New Telegraph.

Idibia was in the country to perform at the 2face Idibia’s concert at the Kigali Serena Hotel.

The event was 2face Idibia’s second time in the country after his first visit in 2006.

2face was brought in to the East African country by Belinda Umurerwa CEO of Kigali Entertainment.

The concert, which was supposed to start at 6pm, started at 10p.m with almost an empty venue to welcome the singer.

The ‘African Queen’ star came on stage at about 11:30p.m, which was after several hours of dialogue between his management and the organisers of the show.

He then went on to perform about five songs including ‘True Love’, ‘If Love Is A Crime’, ‘Blind’, and ‘African Queen’ before his manager, Efe Omorogbe gave him a sign to quit the stage.
