Los Angeles - Two African policemen hold Los Angeles residents hostage as they judge them based on heir cultural norms and values, instead of the rules and regulations of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
This forms the premise for the comedy flick directed by Pascal Atuma titled LAPD African Cops. Atuma is a Canadian/Nigerian actor, screenwriter, film producer, film director and comedian. He moved to the United States in 1995.
