Lagos - Gay rights activist Bisi Alimi, in a recently went head to head with gospel artist Florocka over homosexuality and its acceptance in Nigeria.
They defended their stands in relation to religion, human rights and government interference.
UK based Bisi Alimi is the first Nigerian to come out and declare his sexuality on national TV.

Brand expert Kehinde Bademosi and author Jude Dibia are other Nigerians, who have come out as gay.
In 2014 former President Goodluck Jonathan signed into law the Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Act which criminalizes homosexuality with penalties of up to 14 years.
