Chiwetel Ejiofor plays FBI Investigator in new Hollywood flick

Lagos - STX Entertainment has released a new trailer for the upcoming action thriller 'Secret in their Eyes'.

Written and directed by Billy Ray, the upcoming film stars Nigerian-British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor,Hollywood stars Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts.

The upcoming film is an American thriller film based on the 2005 novel originally titled "El secreto de sus ojos" by Argentinian author Eduardo Sacheri.

 Produced by Academy Award winner Mark Johnson, 'Secret in their Eyes' is scheduled for November 20 release.

The film tells the story of a  team of FBI investigators, Ray (Ejiofor) and Jess (Roberts), and their District Attorney supervisor Claire (Kidman), are torn apart when they discover that Jess's teenage daughter has been brutally and inexplicably murdered.

Thirteen years later, Ray returns to Los Angeles after uncovering a new lead that he feels can permanently resolve the case.
