Lagos – Ebola virus suspects who escape quarantine have been dubbed ‘Sucidal mass murderers’ by Nollywood actor, Chidi Mokeme, who insists that they should be shot on sight.
The actor made his feelings known on Twitter were he wrote : "If u're a primary or secondary #Ebola #Suspect and u escape from #quarantine, U're a Suicidal mass murderer and #WMD. Yes? #ShootAtSight"

He also talked about how a Nigerian nurse escaped from quarantine in Lagos and went to Enugu, while a US doctor submitted himself to quarantine and complained that their was something wrong with the orientation of the nurse to the situation.

He also said that chosing to run to a church, mosque, or chose prayers and fasting instead of checking into an Ebola Quarantine center is a fast track to hell because God knows the protocol.
The first casualty of the Ebola virus was a Liberian man, Patrick Sawyer who died in Lagos on July 25 after testing positive to the Ebola virus.

The man is said to have collapsed on arrival in Lagos, and was taken from the airport and put in isolation at a local hospital.
Nigeria has recorded 10 Ebola cases, including three deaths. All the cases are currently in Lagos but a spread of the virus across the country would place immense strain on a weak healthcare system.
