Lagos- Grammy Award winner Ed Sheeran is looking to Africa for inspiration.
The British singer and songwriter will be recording a new set of songs as part of a career adventure in Africa.
The singer plans on giving his audience something different, after visiting Africa.
The information was revealed by a close associate who disclosed that Sheeran is looking to ‘include sounds and influences from around the world, particularly Africa’ in the new album.
Sheeran’s decision was inspired by Blur and Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn, who’s African Express has had Western and African musicians collaborating and performing live shows since 2006.
