Kim Kardashian West gets deep in her topless cover shoot for C magazine

28 August 2015, 07:54

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian West took her top off for a magazine cover again, but it actually looks good!

Posing for C magazine's September issue - which is also their 10th anniversary issue - Kim channels her natural beauty in black and white nude shots.

Aside from the sexy celebratory shoot, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star opened up about how she eventually got pregnant.

When asked about her pregnancy she said it was a "long road" to get pregnant with her second child.

The 34-year-old - who has two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - admitted the complications she experienced in her first pregnancy made it difficult for her and Kanye to conceive their latest baby together.

She told C magazine: "I had this condition called placenta accreta. There were a couple of little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again.

"It was a long road. I would go to the doctor in Beverly Hills every day at five in the morning to get tested to see if I was ovulating."

The Armenian beauty star says constantly checking if she was ovulating sucked "the fun out of" her and Kanye's attempts to get pregnant.

While Kim is expecting her second baby in December, the couple may not be able to have a third due to further fertility complications.

She admitted: "They think I'll have placenta accreta again, so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me.

"I think we're just gonna go day by day, see how overwhelming it is, and see how the delivery goes."
