Kim Kardashian's lips swell during pregnancy

06 July 2015, 11:08

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian's ''lips swell up'' during pregnancy.

The 34-year-old reality TV star is four months pregnant with her second child and Kim hit out at people who have accused her of using Botox, revealing that her face changes shape while she is expecting.

She wrote on Instagram: "No I don't do fillers or botox when pregnant ... you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!

"Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up.

"The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal (sic)."

Meanwhile, Kim - who recently celebrated her one year anniversary with Kanye West, the father of her two-year-old daughter North - has admitted the pair are two very different people.

She said: "You can't expect me to jump up onstage and start singing - it's not what I do ... The makeover Kanye has given me is amazing."

She added: "[Kanye] obviously moves to his own drum. He lives his life the way he wants, a really authentic life, and he was like, 'If you can't be authentic and you can't live your life, what do you have?'"
