Lagos - Liz Benson-Ameye has been making a return to Nollywood after a long hiatus caused by marriage.
The veteran Nollywood actress will be in Willis Ikedum’s new movie titled Mummy Dearest.
In the movie, Liz plays a loving and caring mother who tries to stay in-touch with her children, but her son finds her waysverbearing.
It stars Daniel K. Daniel and Wendy Elenwo alongside Liz Benson and will soon be in cinemas.
Liz Benson quit acting in 1996 after many years in front of the camera and became an Evangelist after her first husband died.
She took another shot at marriage with Bishop Great Emeya in 2009
In 2012 she was part of the cast for Stephanie Linus film Dry and has been very selective of movies she appears in.
