Lagos - Nigeria Reggae legend Majek Fashek is brushing past his battle with drugs and alcoholism to release a new single, reports AllAfrica
His new management, 911 Entertainment is poised to give the reggae star a new image as he plans to bounce back and rejuvenate his career after what seemed more like a decade of addiction to drugs.

In an interview with a national daily, the Send down the Rain crooner said his new work entitled, 'A living dog is better than a dead lion' is inspired by his ordeal and new lease of life.
He said that it will be part of the songs in his upcoming album, titled 'Dancing Raga'.
