Newly famous hot World Cup fan is also a hated hunter

11 July 2014, 08:59

Belgium – Axelle Despiegelaere recently received instant fame when she was snapped while cheering on the Belgian team during their World Cup match against Russia.

The photo of the blonde beauty caught the attention of L’Oreal who offered her a modelling contract on the spot.

But unfortunately for Axelle her past has come back to haunt her.

Mail Online reported on Thursday that the fresh faced girl, who has big dreams of becoming a model, is also a serious game hunter who is right in the middle of a social media frenzy after photos of her posing with dead animals surfaced online.

Axelle has been forced to shut down all of her social media accounts. She signed off with; "Hi, I didn’t mean to offend anyone... it was a joke. Thanks for understanding," the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

This photo was posted on her Facebook page before she shut it down:

But it seems like not everyone is upset with the 17-year-old. Shortly after she deleted her personal accounts on Facebook a fan page was created. The page has received up to 267,423 likes.
