Lagos - From 2015, Indigenous Nigerian movies will begin to compete the Best Foreign Language Film category of the Academy Awards, also called The Oscars, reports Pulse.ng
The announcement was made during the introduction of the Nigerian Oscar Selection Committee.
Chineze Anyaele, director of the Nollywood film 'Ije' will preside over the 12-man selection committee that includes journalist Shuaibu Hussein, film makers Charles Novia and Mildred Okwo and actor, Ramsey Nouah.
