PICS: Tyga flashes stacks of cash in the midst of suing his landlord

31 August 2015, 08:47

Los Angeles - Tyga is suing the landlord he has been ordered to pay back rent to.

On Monday, a court ordered that the 25-year-old rapper - who was not present at the hearing - should pay the owner of his Calabasas home $70k as well as move out of the property.

But Tyga's lawyer argues that his client put down $200k towards the purchase of the house and says he is suing the landlord for breaching the contract and not allowing the Rack City hitmaker to obtain the property.

Lawyers for the rapper - who is dating Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kylie Jenner - claim Tyga and his landlord had agreed in September 2014 that the $200k would be a down payment for the property, which costs $8m, according to PEOPLE magazine.

Meanwhile Tyga hasn't been afraid to splash the cash recently after buying his girlfriend a Ferrari for her 18th birthday earlier this month.

He was also spotted casually walking out of the bank with a stack of $100 bills.
