Lagos - On-Air –Personality for Beat FM and writer Dami does not agree with the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) after the commission urged Multi choice, the parent company of DSTV, not to air transgender program "I am Jazz".
The OAP shared her thoughts on the matter on twitter and said that NBC did not need to ban the show because people use parental control.

She also pointed out that DSTV shows I Am Cait, which is also about a transgendered Bruce Jenner.
“It is like saying NBC should ban some porn sites because your children use the internet. Sense so far.” She tweeted.
“You think being gay or transgender is by cable? If your child wants to be gay or transgender, trust me, DSTV or not, they will be gay or transgender” she added.
NBC made the request because members of the public had complained, and the commission felt the program was capable of corrupting the youths as it is also at variance with Nigerian law which prohibits homosexuality.
