Winners of the My Big Nigerian Wedding reality show emerge

01 April 2014, 11:29

Lagos - Yemisi Aiyedun and  Yomi Odusanya have emerged as the winners of a N15 million Naira wedding and a honeymoon at the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai in the My Big Nigerian Wedding reality show.

The duo made it to the final three after going through different stages of the grand finale, that featured the last 10 couples.

In an  unexpected twist, Yomi proposed again to Yemisi after they won.

Nigeria’s first Wedding reality television show started with over 900 couples entering  the competition when the call for entry was made in October 2013, after weeks of voting on the official website of the show.

The couples were reduced to the Top 50, before another round of voting reduced the contestants to the 10 who made it to the reality show which took place at The Haven Event Centre Ikeja GRA.

The reality show continues with the wedding.
