Flavour battles South Africa’s Maps Maponyane on Lip Sync Battle Africa

04 May 2016, 11:30

Lagos - For its second episode, Lip Sync Battle Africa will pit Nigerian high-life music star Flavour against  South African TV star, Maps Maponyane, reports Nigerian Entertainment Today(NET)

As Lip Sync Battle Africa enters its second week, MTV Base is rolling out its big hitters in the most intense, testosterone-packed face-off yet.

Nigerian high-life music star, Flavour and South African actor and TV star, Maps Maponyane are the latest celebrities to shrug off their inhibitions, let their hair down and get their guns out for the new episode of the show.

The two finely-honed heartthrobs rise to the occasion, getting the most out of the comedy format as they posture, preen, and show off their abs, while dissing each other in comic mockery.

The show which airs on Thursday, May 5, is hosted by Pearl Thusi and features colorful commentary from ‘koko master’, D’Banj.

‘Lip Sync Battle Africa’ kicked off last week with a battle between Denrele and Ebuka.
