Lagos - Embattled President of the Actor’s Guild of Nigeria(AGN) may still go to prison depending on the judgement reached by the Lagos state Court of Appeal.
The Judge reserved judgement in the appeal filed by actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima-Egbuka, challenging the judgement of a Lagos High Court which sentenced her to five years imprisonment for the death of one Dr. Giwa Suraj.

At the hearing of the appeal on Thursday the appellate court presided over by Justice Ndukwe-Anyanwu, directed that Ibinabo who was not in court, should be present when judgement is to be delivered, adding that the date of judgment would be communicated to the parties.
A reservation of judgement is used by a judge to take time to prepare his/her judgment.
Ibinabo was sentenced to five years imprisonment by Justice Deborah Oluwayemi of a Lagos state High Court for reckless driving which caused the death of Dr. Giwa Suraj in a car accident along the Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos on February 26th 2006.
