Music meets football again at Konamii 2016

Lagos – Singers, Ycee, Adekunle Gold and  Star Boy’s, LAX will be the center referees at  Campos Mini Stadium, Lagos Island on the 30th of July, 2016 for Konamii 2016.

The charity football and entertainment event is in its fourth edition, and aims to bridge the gap between, the less privileged and the privileged, create happiness through sports and music, and advocate for support for orphanages.

Celebrities, fans and lovers of football will be entertained  by a lineup of football matches between children from six orphanages(there were just four last year) with celebrities as the center refreees, and MTVBase staff slugging it out with an all star celebrity team made up musicians and actors.

There will be performances by Dremo and Myorkun who are signed to Davido’s record label and the center referees of the day.

The children from the orphanages will also take part in a dab dance competition  organized by rapper Kida Kudz, and other fun and games for the day.

The money for the orphanages will be raised from donations and the gate fee which starts from N1 500.
