Olamide named MTV Base's Hottest Nigerian Artiste of 2015

Abuja - Following two days of intense debate, Olamide has been given the title of Hottest Nigerian Artiste of 2015 by a panel on MTV Base's #BaseNaijaHottestArtist.

Sitting on the panel were some of Nigeria's most notable personalities, including Sade Ladipo, Olisa Adibua and DJ Spinall, The Net reports.

Following the announcement, Olamide thanked MTV Base, saying he is humbled by the title and that he feels great for being recognized.

Alongside Olamide on the list of Hottest Nigerian artistes is Wizkid, who made an appearance at number 2 on the list.

The number 3 spot was owned by by Davido, who recently collaborated with American MC, Meek Mill.
