Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde denies evading tax

Lagos - Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, denies not paying her tax, reports Pulse.ng

Reports had it that Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde allegedly does not pay her tax.

An inside source said that it is unfortunate she has become so vocal, criticizing the government but ignorant of her obligation as a citizen to pay tax.

The 2013 Time 100 Most Influential People in the world recently lashed out at the government of Lagos State asking if they would refund all she had spent on buying her security, fuel and maintaining her road after having paid her tax.

She went ahead to launch a #DontPushMe campaign describing the state as insensitive and conceded the move to prosecute tax evaders in her tweets.
