Wizkid gives out N1 million to fans at concert

30 December 2015, 09:37

Abuja - Nigerian superstar Wizkid delighted fans on Tuesday night when he handed out a whopping N1 million!

The musician, who performed at Industry Nite at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, gave his fans a stellar performance before dishing out the dough, Pulse has reported.

Wizkid had previously promised that he would be giving out money at his next gig, but left fans delighted when he didn't fail to deliver.

Challenging fans to prove their worth, Wizkid asked that  they recite the lyrics to any of his songs while the background track played.

The Starboy boss was left entertained when a little boy took to the stage and recited his hit Joy, without missing a word. The child received N250 000 as a result of his efforts.

Another notable fan, who had a tattoo of Wizkid's face on his chest, did not even have to take to the mic before he received his portion of the money.

Wizzy dished out N250 000 to two other young female fans, showing that he is a true man of his word.
