Men’s Health has assured us of three signs that you’re okay down there.

You eat fish

Research has found that guys who eat fish with dark meat, such as tuna and salmon, have up to 65% higher sperm density!

So ask yourself if it’s worth it next time you want to chow down on red, salty, processed meat.

You don’t strangle your twins

A recent UK study found that men who wore looser fitting boxer shorts were 24% less likely to have low sperm count compared to guys who wear tighty whities.

You're not too chunky

A Dutch study recently found that guys who have a gut of 40 inches or greater had dramatically lower sperm count than guys who cut a leaner figure.

You don’t have to own a rock hard six pack, just cut down on the chips, fella.
