5 of the dirtiest houses you’ll ever see

04 January 2016, 13:13Carmen Williams

If you own a TV, chances are you’ve seen an episode of some show or documentary about a seriously messy house.

And, no, we’re not talking about not dusting or vacuuming for a week. We mean MESSY.

Like can’t-live-in-this-house-anymore-because-it’s-become-a-health-hazard-messy.

So, we’ve decided to do a little round up of the worst ones we could find.

And they’re bad. Like really bad.

Don’t just take my word for it, check out the videos below:

This house was foreclosed on and then bought by a property management group.

The video was shot by an air con repairman, who was sent to the address to inspect the AC. He found, what he calls “one of the most disgusting houses that I have ever been in”.

The worst part? Kids were living here.

The landlord of this home came knocking, when his tenant was behind on rent. When he peeked inside the window, he saw several feet of garbage. When he asked the tenant about it, she said she was having some “emotional problems” after losing her job. The landlord then asked her to move out, and when he went to inspect the home, he got a lot more than he bargained for.

Not quite sure what the story is behind this one, but this house is FILTHY.

This home has actually been named ‘The Dirtiest House in the Country’ (USA) by the Style Network’s Clean House. Watch as the show’s crew removes waste in order for the house to be cleaned and repaired.

Apparently this video doesn’t even do justice to what the house looked like before cleaning started - and that is saying something.
