Abuja - The medical staff at a northern Indian hospital delivered a unique pair of conjoined twin on Wednesday.
Dr. Ashish Sehgal, the CEO of Cygnus JK Hindu Hospital, confirmed a baby girl was born with two heads and said she was alive and healthy, Huffington Post reports.
According to reports the baby’s mother could not afford an ultrasound and did not know she was delivering conjoined twins.
Sehgal said a challenging surgical procedure will be key to saving the twins’ lives, but could take place only after they were in a stable condition.
