According to a study published in the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, it is good for your relationship to air your grievances with your partner, Women’s Health reports.
The researchers found that upset partners saw their lovers shape up, while people who bottled their frustrations saw the bad behaviour of their partners continue.
