What it's like dating a Gemini

03 June 2014, 20:46

Abuja - Want to know what it takes to make your relationship with a Gemini work? Our Astro guide provides insight on what makes this star sign tick.

Dating a Gemini woman
Know from the start that you are dealing with a seriously bright woman here. Her mind is sharp and agile and she can talk the hind leg off a donkey. She adores to socialise, but this does not imply that she is merely content with small talk.

Her intellectual interests come first and foremost and she is extremely knowledgeable on a variety of topics, from the latest gossip to world events of importance. Boredom frightens her and to keep this at bay, she collects information much like a caterpillar devouring leaves.

She is an avid reader of any printed material, whether glossy fashion magazines or the latest best-selling novel. She hates being disconnected from people and her phone bill is usually high, if not exorbitant.

One way of keeping this under control is to encourage her flair for letter writing or emails. Her children's education is something she takes very seriously and you'll often find her playing games with them in order to stimulate their minds.

Like her sign, the twins, she seems to display two conflicting personalities. It's up to you to decipher which one of the twins you are dealing with, but rest assured, with this woman at your side, life is seldom boring.

Dating a Gemini man
Your first memory of meeting him is probably of how he made you laugh. He is indeed rather funny and loves to mimic people and play the fool. One could thus easily be fooled into thinking that he is only out to have a good time, but this man's mind and intellect are formidable.

That is if you can catch him in a rare serious moment of course. He has such an easy way of communicating that you are probably wishing he'd rather be telling you bedtime stories. His mind is over-active, jumping from topic to topic and conversation to conversation.

Keep in mind that he is the one who loves to talk and he'd prefer you to be an excellent listener rather than compete with him for air time. By nature he is restless and he craves variety and change. He probably drives you crazy with the remote control as he continually switches channels on the television.

Boredom is something he runs away from; mental stimulation and diversity attract him. He loves to socialise and adores meeting people who all have something to offer him. And yes, he is a flirt… Best you accept that it is part of his charm, since seldom does he even remember having flirted.
