Can I Have Sex During Pregnancy....?

22 September 2016, 18:16

Abuja - Can I Have Sex When Pregnant...... Sometimes married couples fears to have sex when a lady is pregnant. Having sex during pregnancy is purely a natural health exercise and sometimes it leads to a smooth birth.

You are therefore advised to frequently have sex during pregnancy provided you do not have any pregnancy complications such us miscarriage.

There is no even a single chance of hurting the baby during sex because it's being protected by the Amniotic fluid and your cervix.

Below are just but a few styles/positions one needs to apply when having sex during pregnancy: 1. Lady on Top-This is practically workable since there is no pressure on lady's belly and she can control the speed and depth of penetration.

2. Living room love-This is where a lady kneels on a coach with her belly facing the back of the coach, she should use her arms for support then the man penetrates from behind.

3. Side of the bed-A lady lies on her back on the edge of the bed with her knees bent and feet on the edge. The man stands facing her but he won't be resting his body weight on the lady.

4. Spooning-In this case partners lie side by side with the man behind the lady. This makes it for an even more shallow penetration. Now, choose one that can work for you best and stick on it. Note: It is always very important to follow your doctor's /midwife's advice. If you've been advised to stay away from doing it, kindly do so and don't try any of the above.
