Be sure its worth it

19 November 2014, 19:27

I was comparing two sayings firstly "A bird at hand is worth million in the bush" secondly "To acquire new and better, you ought to let go of old" This two sounds almost like opposite, but I got a clue that I desire to share now. When you have something and you desire another, you stand at risk of losing the one you have. While the first one opens us to the reality of losing the one at hand, the second one is showing us the possibility of gaining more. It's one thing to gain and another to be worth it, Imagine losing a home to gain a car, is it worth it? I always admire risk takers but I know for sure that the most successful risk takers are always convinced on the worth of the risk. When you're risking your owl at hand be sure of getting an eagle in the bush. Don't be deceived by first sight, Don't lose cos you're tired Don't be blinded by promises Don't let go of the old when you aren't sure if the new is better. Don't take risk of no value Don't lose that owl for an eagle plated vulture cos your owl will be far gone before you realize. Take your time today, think through your decisions, I obviously won't dance the steps with you at the end. But always have it in mind that The best comes after the worst
