Dashed hope

24 November 2014, 10:17

What are your dreams, do you just have them and think that it will come to reality without plans, focus, determination, courage to achieve this. Joseph in the bible had a dream, but he did not sit and fold his hands waiting for the dreams to come to pass. I hate to see youths and graduates who sits at home and glamour; there is no job in the country! Yes we all believe some parts of that facts but that notwithstanding, there are many things that someone could do just to use and keep his or her self busy before that collar job could come. A youth or graduate who sits in his or her brother's house with the brother's wife and feels all things are fine should wake up before it becomes too late for him or her.

Expect anything because quite well you don't contribute to the feeding of the house. A day could come when the whole house will vibrate of your non contribution towards anything in the family. Many things out there that you could engage in, waiting for manner from the government who shows more interest on politics than creating employment can only end you up becoming more older in your brother's or sister's house. I know of a graduate who is into shit business in lagos, today he is a successful business young man, likewise a graduate who sells sobo in delta state, he is living well. Youths, don't sit and wait while time flies, time is never your friend when you are idol. Look inward and discover what you have that you can offer to the society and you will get your daily bread from them with joy from you and them.
