Fear...how does it affect?

16 December 2014, 08:29

Have no fear of what you can't see. Cowards are people who fear what they can't see. A guy fears, this girl might not like him. An employee his or her boss query him or her they way they talk or react. A pregnant woman might fear she might a miscarriage. Agreed fear makes us human, we might have a sense of predictability but certainly no gift of accomplishing reality.

According to the lexicon, fear is explained as a 'feeling'. A feeling can be felt now and in seconds different feelings can be felt.

What makes up our feelings?

•Our thoughts

Thoughts are the product of our brain. Thoughts can be positive or negative, depending on the circumstances. Thoughts also is an act of thinking, how does the word 'thoughts' relate to fear? One might think of negative circumstance, which makes one to take unnecessary precautions against ''what is not going to happen!" To me when such thoughts occurs often such person might develop entrenchment and it often lead to anxiety ,depression, suicide

Emotions are feelings strong feeling like worry and kills faster. According to a report worry can cause stress response. Stress is normal,in fact harmless, there are different pressures that triggers stress. Like traffic, phone ringing, all these bring out side of you,you don't know exist.worry contribute to fear! How? When a married man worries about his home,he thinks roughly and he looks out for opportunities for higher raise, better life, and all that when all he needs is plan, organize, save, explore our emotions can either be positive or negative.positive mindset promotes healthy body and reduces stress.

Tips for positive attitude is to never compare yourself with people, remind yourself most things are possible if you try hard set a goal to make friends, give everything a chance before you neglect or reject, grooming, communication skills  and do what makes you happy!
