That mrs Stella Odua joined president Goodluck jonathan on the pilgrimage should not compromise the decision of the president concerning the alledged N225million scandal.
This country is so political such that we treat criminaly inclined matters that are slowly killing our nation lightly and because of that other persons in high positions dont see any consequence in being corrupt.
The fact that the president and the hournorable minister share the same faith (christians) should not omit the fact that she erred and should be made to face the punishment and not just mere reprimands.
Personally i do not question her christianity, but i question her sincerity especially judging from her recent actions.
The idea that she uses that amount of cash to purchase two vehicles is weird, in a country where people are still leaving on a 2 dollars per day income, a country where the government is finding it hard to stabilize the education sector due to insufficient fund
A country where the common man cannot afford a three square meal, where destitutes and beggers abound. If i may ask the aviation minister, ma , how many times do you visits the orphanage in a year?
Any way dont answer that, we already know. How inconsiderate and self righteous, is she the number one citizen now? Or is her life more precious than every Nigerian?. I also found out that the outrageous amount spent on acquiring the two BMW armoured vehicles was times two of the selling price, so what happened to the rest of the cash? President Goodluck Jonathan should do well to give justice to the people of this nation in this issue and not to let emotions, politics, favouritisms or faith cloud his judgment on this matter, afterall the good book (bible) tells us that if a finger will be a barrier to stop you from making heaven, cut it off.
Jonathan need to act without fear or favour and let Mrs Stella Odua face the wrath of the law for over indulgence in personal desires, she should be used as a deterrent to other nigerians in public offices. I know the president knows this and i urge him to do the right thing that will be best for this country. ...Julius Ngbede Philips ...08116948969 :..Glo
