News24 Nigeria needs your content!

19 September 2013, 11:45

News24 Nigeria wants your content, and we want to pay you for it.

Journalists and reporters cannot always get everywhere, and sometimes the news that touches your lives doesn’t get told. We give you the opportunity to tell the world your story, whether it is by words or by photos.

Please take not that your content has to be ORIGINAL and of a HIGH STANDARD to qualify for payment on News24 Nigeria. News24 Nigeria reserves the right to determine what qualifies according to the above criteria. Please note that you cannot be paid for unpublished content.

We will pay N1 300 for your exclusive news report WITH pictures added that we publish.

We will pay N1000 for your exclusive news report without pictures that we publish.

We will pay N1 000 per SET of pictures (three or more) covering a specific news event that we publish.

We will pay N500 for every quality opinion piece that we publish.

And yes, we will validate content before publishing it. So nothing untrue and no plagiarism will be allowed. If you are caught plagiarising content or picture, we WILL NOT publish your content again.

If you are unsure whether content you have in mind will qualify for publishing, send an email to nigeria@news24.com and we will gladly assist you.

How do I submit my content?

Follow the prompts in the yellow spaces on our site. You have to log in via your Facebook account, and then create a profile (Sign Up for a profile).
