Securing Nigeria..our responsibility!

18 November 2014, 10:00 Destiny idiake

Securing Nigeria as a sovereign state should depends on all of us as a citizen who are concern with the growth and development of the nation. let us throw a little light on the level of insecurities and it's causes, before a medical personnel commence any treatment on a patient, firstly he diagnosis the patient to know the illness he is suffering from, otherwise he might worsen the situation of the ailment. Some of the causes of insecurity in Nigeria today is from the improper upbringing of children by families. The family is the basic fundamental builder of the society. it is the first agent of socialization. This is the place the child start to learn the do and don’t of life. The family goes a long way in influencing because we all hails from one family or the other. No man is an island. The child developmental stages theory stated thus:Scrath an adult and one finds a child for in every grow up lives the little child we ones WAS. This theory means that any character any adult exhibit now is a makeup of what he learns when he was a child and the kind of home training he had, he did not learn it over night, charity they say begins at home. The people you see constitute nuisance, terrorizing and causing havoc today in our society surely lack basic home training.most of them lack human feelings, they exhibit this through unwanted killings, bombing and man slaughter. Unemployment today is another factor causing insecurity in Nigeria. Some of those people terrorizing our country today does not have it in mind to be a social deviant.some of them must have studied for a greater future and some must have strife, sacrifice other leisure of life and struggle to meet ends means to train themselves in the university. Some of our poor parents struggle hard to train their children in the universities hoping when they are graduates they will come out to get a good job as a doctor, engineer, lawyers to wipe away their poor conditions, but the reverse is the case as nepotism and tribalism as eroded the work force of the economy of our country, without influence and favouritism whereby those that have poor degrees and those that can not even spell their names are push into the place of power and authority in all sectors of the economy leaving the brilliant graduates to search for jobs and all to no avail.

Do will expect those brilliant graduates to be happy? They will definite not be happy thereby be frustrated and taking up all social evil vices like alcoholic drinking, smoking by so doing they lose their conscience, he can kill a thousand at a spot without looking back. Let us fight violence in our country by providing employment for youth in our nation to keep them busy because an idle mind is the devils workshop Another factor to secure our country is unity, in fact it is the lack of unity today that we are facing these crises in our country today,we were enjoying relative peace until a sect of violent group called Boko Haram sprang up a surprise today and turn apart the peace we long enjoy. Now we are living in fear and agony. We all have to be vigilant and security conscious,an information from you and I can end all this crisis today, let join our hands with the president and all security agency in the country to fight these crisis, lets show them that we are the giant of Africa.lets awaken from our slumber.lets work hands in hands to restore peace in our country Nigeria.lets prove to them that we are not cowards because is only a coward that will go back to bed when his roof is not fire. let all know that we are one Nigeria irrespective of our cultures and diverts traditions, we breath the same air and walk the same ground. Let help to build our country Nigeria because securing Nigeria is our collective responsibility.
