I always mourn silently whenever I remembered the
ignorance of our people (Nigerians), I use to ask myself "when are these
people going to understand the devilish behaviours of our politicians?"
But the question remained unanswered, out of 100 politicians of nowadays one
would hardly find 5 who have the heart of executing projects that will bring
about socio-economic development in our dear country Nigeria.
75 per cent of
them employed corruption, embezzlement of public fund, sexploitation and
squandermania as their daily businesses. They always tried to see to the
achievement of their selfish interest by any means possible, they employed the
theories of Niccolo Machievelli. Nepotism and tribalism became the order of the
day, gone are those days when everything would be done according to laws and

It has gotten to an extent that our politicians engineered terrorism
as a way of disuniting common men, they made us blaming our country mates who
are not practicing the same religion or cultural tribe with us responsible for
everyday insurgency. Sometimes they would cause religious chaos in order to
crumble the trust we had for each other thereby using this opportunity to squander
and conquer our treasury while we are busy killing each other everyday. In
spite of all this menace caused by our own so called politicians, some of us
are still yearning irrationally for more of their devastating leadership. It is
pity to see a Nigerian youth in political thuggery campaigning for politician
that would dump him till another four years when the time of another election

Sincerely, let us not succumb, we have to wake up and fight for the
future of this country disregarding our ethnic or religious differences. Truly,
those politicians who thought bombing, gunning or slaying innocent lives would
bring victory to their selfish gains, would be gradually judged accordingly on
the day of ressurection. May the almighty bless our nation and unite us.
