The struggle for a miracle worker

15 September 2015, 12:06

Since 1999 - till date, its been a series of government after government or rather failed government after government. For every new government, to Nigerians is like a new blink of hope, another shoulder to lean on, another rope to hold on to, but after all it still remains the same.

A shattered dream, a dashed hope, a scapegoat and a failed evolution. We (nigerians) have suffered this problems over and over again. Probably 3 past administrations and still no transparent, sincere individual has emerged to battle this virus eating us. The question is why? Is it that we don't have that god sent person? Well, we do.

Nigerians have been in the shadows of development for too long. Nigeria has been left behind on the highway by countries we started with e.g Singapore. What went wrong? Is it that we want to boil our yam with cold water because we don't have time to makeour water hot? Oh yes it is!!

Because of the crave and hunger for development we wear the crown of leadership, the mantle that decides our future to a blind man that can't even see the future this continuous voodoo can only end if we find a person with the urge to create Nigeria into something enigmatic. Not the hunt for a miracle worker that will always comeback to taunt us every 8 years. For there is no such thing as a MIRACLE WORKER
