There is this disillusionment among the majority of the
people that Chris Ngige has not initiated any bill that would address any
problem of the Anambra people or used her influence as a Senator of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria to attract any Federal project to the area. I am aware
that such feeling is also common among persons from other senatorial districts
in the country who see their representatives at the National Assembly as
failing to give them that desired voice or quality representation. And I will
therefore leave Ngige to prove his critics wrong with facts.

Anambra Central can no longer be taken for granted by political hirelings who
will abandon the people after winning elections. It is time to hold elected
public office holders accountable and jettison their inordinate ambitions to
perpetually represent the populace. It is time for reckoning. Chief Victor Umeh
has been under pressure from key leaders of thoughts and the entire people of
Anambra Central Senatorial Zone to offer himself to be elected a senator of the
federal republic to help bring grass root development to his people. The people
of Anambra Central Senatorial Zone need Victor Umeh for more democratic action.
The national honour of Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR) conferred on him
by President Goodluck Jonathan is an eloquent testimony of Umeh’s political
acumen, savvy, sagacity and tenacity of purpose in the service of the nation.
He will do more as a Senator of the Federal Republic if elected in 2015. Chief
Sir Victor Umeh have a passion for service that would uplift the lives of the
good people of Anambra State and entire country. This passion is mainly to see
a prosperous Anambra and a better Nigeria. He will use his wealth of experience
to improve and enhance the quality and the standard of living of all the people
of the constituency. Leadership is a sacred trust, a social contract that must
be honoured and fulfilled for the progress development and advancement of
Anambra Central Senatorial Zone. Anambra Central is not well represented. We
need a change. It's not a matter of our likes and dislikes but by the CHOICE
and DECISION we make. Chief Sir Victor Umeh is the right choice.
