What's the reason behind education?

08 December 2014, 22:32 Jibunor George Chuks

I just came across some facts on the media, that triggered me to talk about this, although its not much about education but about our general thinking of how we see education as.

You know, many go to school but after school, is better not to even compare them with a truck pusher on the street. In the certificate, the award of degree bears “Learning and character”. Now what we should worry about is the character, character is what keeps life going, learning without character is nothing but a lost sheep or cattle. Tuface has this to say “To be civilised you don't need to be educated” why because many that are educated are not civilised thereby living them without character.

Our education is only about what the white men have copied and compiled as textbooks and send down to us, that's the only thing people learn. The man that discovered Ebola, Mr Peter Piot in 1976 made me to write this article. He has this to say “Its a dream of every microbiologist to discover new virus”. Hmmm, discover and do what with it! Allow to wipe out the human race?

Training baby virus into gigantic organism that will or could kill the entire human race? Is that what education is all about? This man must be sick because I am not sure he is truly fine. To address the poor healthcare system, is that why a deadly virus will be trained so as to test-run and see how healthcare system could handle death, because Ebola is death?

Why is it that the supposed to be educated ones likes to create problems and make life difficult for others? Live your thoughts our dear readers.

God bless!
