Which way Nigeria?

22 January 2014, 13:17 Jibunor George Chuks

I stand on this note to say that as we are hoping and trusting for a better Nigeria, conditions seem not to be improving in some sectors.

How can we be estimated as the 7th largest oil producing country in the world, and yet we cannot boast of a functional refinery in the country.

Considering a liter at the rate of N97, and this weighs massively on the poor masses.

Transporters increases the rate of transport with no one to check them, and the poor masses pay more.

A man with his family that came for Christmas celebration from the northern part of the country to the east he spends a total of N18 150 to pay for three seats for a family of six.

You ask, how much is the salary of this man-he and the wife were almost crying

Do we still have people in Nigeria who  monitor  transporters?

Nothing seems to be working, no one cares who is being oppressed.

In some filing stations fuel is sold at  N97 per litre yet eleven(11) liters cannot will not fill two gallons, because someone is not being honest.

Who will  monitor all  broad day light fraud?

Drastic measures needs to be taken if we are to move forward. God bless us all.
