Hooligans in Football

08 July 2016, 14:02

Disobedient and destructive conducts by football fans belong to football hooliganism. Intimidation and brawling by football supporters belong to football hooliganism.

There is an extreme culture of violence in football powered by few people. Hooligans create an atmosphere of war in football championships and world cup. Football violence inflicts injuries on football lovers.  Football hooligans irresponsibly make the beautiful game look ugly for many victims of football hooliganism. Hooliganism in football force many genuine football fans to stay away from some championships. These innocent football lovers miss the beautiful game. The reputations of countries, unions, and clubs which generate hooligans are badly tarnished.

The clashing of football hooligans who assaulted the beauty of Euro 2016 is not good for the climate of sports. The presence of football hooliganism in the 1998 World Cup was never an amazing experience for the innocent lovers of football.

Strongest brakes should be applied on the staying power of football hooliganism. There should be a strong punishment with a strong staying power against football hooliganism. Tough sanctions should be imposed on football unions, teams and supporters who feature violence in football. Disciplinary cases should be launched against football association, teams and fans that disrupt the peaceful atmosphere that is needed for the beautiful game of football. There should be the escalation of security measures around football events.
